There were a few broken teeth but nothing significant, we are having a problem with tails at the moment which spoiled the outline of some of the Staffords on the move, we need to watch this for the future. I was very pleased with my winners and my lineups, there was real quality past the fifth card in many of the classes. I would like to thank WKC committee for asking me to judge their show and the best Stewards ever! Tec & Elaine Norton, on the ball every minute and did far more miles than I did in that ring! I judged for balance with strength and type. I found the dogs much improved from the last time I judged, I would go as far as almost equalling the bitches in depth of quality. I looked at both my line ups and was so pleased with the quality and type of Staffords. Also, the variety of colour on show. Staffords are not meant to stand there like statues, I like to see animation, a glint in their eye and alert movement in their ears. VD (6,1) 1 Desmond’s Ch Elitebulls Challenger JW Last time I judged in 2022, I gave this dog my CC and best of breed, he has not aged, black brindle of real quality, He has the best of heads with an expression to die for. Darkest, round well-placed eyes with a good width and depth to skull. He has neat rose ears that framed his face well. He is clean in lip with Correct teeth and a good depth of underjaw. He is a typy balanced dog with a good weight to his bone, He as a short strong neck leading into clean well-placed shoulders, a good depth to his brisket and a well sprung rib, short-coupled body and powerful rear quarters. His tail is well set. He has neat feet and gleaming coat which showed muscle definition, he was in fabulous condition, moved and handled well to Best Veteran & Terrier Veteran Group Three 2 Lewis’s Ch Biggleswick Splash Of Ginge Red with a black mask, another dog defying his age, what a beautiful head and expression he has, He also has the darkest of eye, round and well placed, his head is deep through with a good depth to his underjaw, correct bite, He is a balanced well put together dog with a good front, he’s short with a level topline and good tail set, he is well muscled in his rear quarters, he has a short tight coat, Moved and handled well. A worthy Champion 3 Johnson’s Ellchansha Hotshot MPD (5,1) 1 Gutierrez Gonzalez & Hirst’s Dusklight Small Town Boy At Maskalon Very flashy 8 month old red and white puppy, very clean in outline. He has a beautiful head and expression, so clean with a good depth and width to his skull, such dark eyes, round and well placed. Depth, width and length of muzzle are in correct ratio to his head, nice rose ears. He is clean lipped with correct bite. Pigmentation black. He has a very good well boned front with correct shoulder placement and neat feet, depth of brisket and spring of rib are where you would want it to be for a baby puppy. He is short coupled with a good topline and correct tail set. He has good strength in his rear quarters, stifle well bent and a good letdown on the hock, Short tight coat with that slight harshness to the touch. He moved in good stride with plenty of reach and kept his topline, handled well. 2 Boulton & Hayton’s Dusklight White Heat, litter brother to first place winner, predominantly white with red eye patches, again as first, very flashy, slightly lighter puppy than first, but still balanced, lovely head and expression, With dark eye and clean lip. Good depth and width to skull with pronounced cheek bumps. Muzzle ratio length, width and depth in proportion with head. Clean lipped with correct bite. Pigmentation black. Front good with level topline. He is balanced and well put together with a good spring to his rib an ample rear quarters, tail set correct, coat short and tight. Moved and handled well 3 Jones’s Dusklight Rebel Heart Pd (5) 1 Bassford-Lane’s Jojalane I Drink Wine Deep red with flashy white markings and a black mask, He is all dog and proceeded to lead his owner a merry dance. I will be watching this puppy, I hope his owner gets him to show to his Potential and then there will be no stopping him. He has a stunning head with a very good expression, the darkest of eyes, His depth and width of skull are all in Proportion, I see no over exaggeration in this dog, just balance with strength. He has an excellent expression with neat ears, clean lips and good depth to his underjaw. Correct bite. He has a short neck leading into correct shoulder placement, is front is true with a good depth to his brisket and ample bone. He has ample spring of rib, and a level top line which he kept on the move. His body is short coupled and has a good tail set. His rear quarters are powerful, and he is well let down on the hock with correct bend of stifle. He has good muscle definition and a short tight coat which is harsh to the touch. His movement is very good with reach and drive with a few acrobatics thrown in, handled OK. Best Puppy Dog 2 Boulton & Hayton’s Dusklight See Me Now Predominantly white with Brindle patch over eye, another flashy pied of just 9 months, this is a lovely well put together balanced puppy dog with a beautiful head, expression and neat ears, he has the darkest of eyes, round and well placed, deep stop, good depth and width to skull, good depth of underjaw with correct bite. He stood four square, with a good front and a very pleasing view from the side, short coupled with level topline, good spring to rib and depth to brisket. He has good rear quarters and correct tail set. He is a very balanced typy puppy that moved and handled well. 3 Miller’s Skyland Tilikum JD (7,1) Spoiled for choice in this class 1 Devlin’s Tightlines Mister Perfect White of real quality, what a beautiful young dog this is, he is just so clean and all Stafford. He has type and balance in abundance and was one of the best movers on the day. He is so well put together with the most beautiful head and expression. He has dark round well placed eyes, good Depth and width to skull with correct stop, pronounced cheek bumps and good muzzle depth, width and length ratio. He has clean lips with and good depth to his underjaw with correct bite. He has black pigmentation. He has a short clean neck leading into well placed shoulders with no weakness. His front is true with ample bone and neat feet. He has a good depth to is brisket and good spring to rib. His topline is level which he kept on the move. He has powerful rear quarters with a good with to his hams, ample bend of stifle and well let down on the hock, he has a correct tail set., I just loved everything about this dog. He Moved with ease, gliding along showing off his level topline, reach and drive to perfection. My Dog CC and Best Of Breed winner thank you for bringing him. 2 Jennings’s Elitebull Valentine JW Another red and white pied of real quality. He’s one of the fittest dogs on the day. Stunning head and expression with a good width and depth to skull, Correct muscle to skull ratio with clean lips and well placed dark round eyes, pronounced cheek bumps with a good stop, black nose and correct bite. He has a good straight front, with ample bone and neat feet. Correct shoulder placement and a good depth to his brisket, well sprung ribs, short-coupled body and Level topline which he kept on the move, has powerful rear quarters with a good width to his ham and well bent stifles. Correct tail set, He has a short tight coat showing his fantastic muscle definition. He moved with drive and reach and handled very well. He was classy and balanced and it was my pleasure to award him the RDCC. 3 Moult’s Kamaristaffs Royal Legend At Moultsstaffs JW YD (6 Entries) 1 Ubogi’s Forever Bull (FCI) Icon Of FC What a classy, clean and balanced Stafford this is. He is in gleaming condition. What a beautiful head he’s got, so clean, there is no exaggerations in this dog. He has a good depth and width to his skull with pronounced cheek bumps, round well-placed dark eyes, distinct stop and black nose. Clean lip, good depth to underjaw. Correct muscle to skull ratio with no fleshiness at all. Correct bite. He has ample bone with a good straight front with no weakness at the elbows and neat feet. Ample depth to his brisket. He is a short-coupled dog, with a good spring to his rib, with correct rear quarters, a good width to his ham, level top line and good tail set. Shown in excellent muscular condition, moved well and handled very well 2 Thomas’s Yvette Biggleswick Devils Dream Quality red with a beautiful head and expression. Full of class and very balanced, He has the darkest, round well-placed eyes. Distinct stop, good width and depth to his skull with correct muzzle ratio. He has the neatest ears which he uses well to frame his face. He has a good depth to his under jaw and is pigmentation is black, and his bite is correct. As ample bone with a good front with correct shoulder placement and correct depth of brisket, his top line is level, and he has a short-coupled body. His powerful rear quarters showing the correct bend of stifle a well let down on the hock. He has neat feet and a good tail set. His coat is short tight and gleaming. He’s an excellent muscular fit condition and he moved in handled very well. 3 Ibsen’s Charlotte Keepastaff Flying Shady ND (5) 1 Wells’ Wellsstaffs Young Warrior JW Quality black brindle, in lovely condition, He is a balanced dog with a beautiful head and expression, dark round eyes with a good depth width the skull, distinct stop, neat ears, very clean in lip and correct bite. He is balanced with ample bone, good front, neat feet. He has good shoulder placement with ample depth to brisket, short-coupled with good Bend stifle and correct tail set. He moved OK and handled very well. 2 Parry & Daly Lees’s Berrystock Ambush. Black Brindle, With good head, dark eyes and neat ears. Good depth to underjaw, correct bite, good front with ample bone and neat feet. He has a short-coupled body, and ample spring to his rib. He has a good bend to his stifle and is well let down on the hock, in good muscular condition, moved and handled well 3 Wilkie’s Geordiestaff Toon Will these Geordies GD (6) 1 Waltham’s Dringshaw Strobe JW White, with beautiful head and expression, the darkest of eyes which are well placed and round. He has a distinct stop and black pigmentation. His head is strong and deep through with the correct width, depth and length of muzzle. Clean lip and Correct bite. His front is true with plenty of bone and with good depth to his brisket and correct show the placement. There is plenty of spring to his rib under level top line with a short-coupled body. He has powerful, Muscular rear quarters with a lot of width to his ham and is well let down on the hock. He stifle is good and he has a short tight coat showing all his muscle definition. In fit condition moved extremely well, with reach and drive showing off his level topline. Handle very well 2 Mills’s Stormbreakers Vengeance At Milarke Bull Lovely red with black mask. He has a fabulous expression, he has round, dark eyes and a distinct stop. His muzzle is clean with a good depth width and length. He has ample underjaw with correct bite. Is front is true clean and ample boned for his size. He is put together well with a correct tail set good muscle definition and short tight coat. Moved and handled well. 3 Hall’s Geordiestaff Local Hero PGD (6) 1 Mitchell’s Chedanstaff Devil Star SHCEX Black Brindle with a beautiful head and expression, neat ears, dark round eyes placed well. He has a good depth I’m width to his skull, with a correct proportioned muzzle in relation to his skull. His pigmentation is dark, lips are clean, and underjaw is deep. Correct bite. his front is amply boned, with neat feet. He has a very pleasing view from the side with short neck Leading into well placed shoulders, He is short coupled with a level top line which he kept on the move. A good depth to his brisket and well sprung rib, with a good bend of stifle and well let down on hock, correct tail set. Moved OK handled well. 2 Johnson’s Fire Soldier JW Another black Brindle with the most beautiful head and expression, He has the neatest ears, dark round eyes, distinct stop with good depth and width to his muzzle, and deep under jaw with a correct bite. He is a balanced typy dog of quality. He is in beautiful gleaming condition with tight coat well defined muscles. Moved and handled well. 3 Robinson, & Robinson-Cox Hamason Sweet Little Mystry JW LD (13,2) 1 Mayren’s Fergiestaffs Polar Bear JW Flashy white with red patches. Absolutely stunning clean head with beautiful expression, neat ears, dark eyes, which are round and well placed with a distinct stop, pronounced cheek bumps, correct bite. He is all dog, with plenty of type and very balanced. He has a good front with ample bone and neat feet. He has a short neck leading into well placed shoulders a good depth to brisket and spring to rib. He is short coupled with a level topline, with powerful rear quarters and wide hams, good bend of stifle well let down on the hock. Tight short coat with the harshness to touch, he is showing good muscle definition. He moved really well with reach and drive and handled very well too. 2 Taylor’s Waystaff Strikes First Azi Another stunning dog, predominantly red with white, very flashy. He is in extremely fit condition and hard to the touch. He is balanced and very typey with a fabulous head and lovely expression. His ears are neat, and frame is face. He has a good depth and width to his skull. He has dark round well placed eyes, distinct stop, good depth to underjaw, correct bite. His front is true with ample bone, neat feet, good depth to his brisket, he has a short neck leading to good shoulder placement and ample spring to his rib. He is short coupled with a level top line held on the move. his hams are wide and extremely well-muscled, he has a good bend of stifle and is well let down on the hock. His tale set is good, and this coat is tight short and harsh to touch. He moved and handled well 3 Green’s Sikaistaff Black Barrel At Cocostaff JW OD (12,1) 1 Rodriguez Ch Earthquake Staffs White Chocolate Another white of real quality, with a stunning head and expression, His head is clean, his skull is deep through with a good width and deep underjaw. He has dark round well placed eyes with a distinct stop, black pigmentation no fleshiness, clean lip and correct bite. He has balance and type and strength in abundance. He is masculine but not bully. His front is true with ample bone neat feet and a good depth to his brisket. He has a short neck leading into well placed shoulders, level Top line which he kept on the move, with good spring of rib and a short-coupled body. He has powerful rear quarters, with wide hams, good bend to stifle and well let down on the hock. He has a good tail set and a short, tight, harsh coat, showing off his good Muscle definition. Moved and handled very well 2 Hart & Halifax’s Ch Jackstaff Made A Boy For Albermarbull Another stunning white with red patches. I just love this dog, but today he wasn’t just himself, he usually shows to perfection but today he wasn’t as happy as usual and fidgeted and had lost his sparkle. He has the most beautiful head and expression, with dark round well placed eyes and a distinct stop. His neat ears frame his beautiful face. His head is clean and deep through with ample underjaw with clean lips. He has black pigmentation and correct bite. He has balance, type and strength without being bully. Good clean true front with ample bone a neat feat. He has a good depth to his brisket, spring to his rib and neat feet. He is very pleasing from the side with a short neck leading into well placed shoulders. His top line is level which he kept on the move. He has a good tuck up, he has the correct tale set and powerful rear quarters well let down on the hock, good bend of stifle. He has the correct tell set. Is coat is tight and short he shows good muscle definition. Moved well. 3 Sheldon’s Ch Kamaristaffs Royal Ransom At Bowtman JW Special Beginners (2) 1 Omalley, Thebilecious Te Amo Atlomstaffs Beautiful red bitch of quality with a beautiful head and expression. She is a really classy, typey bitch, clean with no exaggerations. She has a beautiful clean head with a good depth and with to skull. Round, dark well-placed eyes, distinct stop and neat ears. Correct bite. She is a pretty, well put together bitch with a good straight front, Ample depth to brisket and neat feet. She is very pleasing from the side view, with a level top line and a good depth to her brisket. Correct shoulder placement no weakness at the Pasterns good tuck up. Nicely bent stifles well let down on the hock and correct tail set. Nice, tight, short coat. Moved in handled very well. Best special beginners and G2 special beginners’ congratulations. 2 Walbey, Miss Nikita Tyneview Rizzius Lusso Brindle and white. He is a balanced boy with a lovely head, with dark round eyes and a lovely expression, correct bite. He has ample bone, and a good depth too is brisket. He’s short coupled with a level top line a good bend of stifle and well let down on the hock. He is a very typey boy, moved and handled well. VB (3) 1 Johnson’s Ch Ellchansha Once Upon A Time JW I have loved this girl for so long and finally I get to go over her!!! Black brindle whirlwind, she is so Typey with an absolutely beautiful head and expression, she has neat ears and the darkest round eyes. She is so clean, no loose skin around her head and face, she has tight lips with correct bite. Her front is correct with ample bone and neat feet she has a good depth to her brisket. She has a short neck leading into well placed shoulders and good spring to her rib. She has a short-coupled body. Her top line is level, and she has powerful rear quarters which are well let down on the hock with a good bend of stifle. Correct tale set. She has a short tight coat which is harsh to touch, gleaming with health and good muscular condition. Moved and handled very well. This girl defies her years. 2 Moffat’s Kargonstaffs Kokoro. Black Brindle, what a pretty girl she is, beautiful head and expression with dark eye showing a little distinguished grey on her muzzle. Correct bite. Good depth to her underjaw and a clean lip. She has a good front full with ample bone and a good depth to her brisket. She has a very pleasing view from the side with good shoulder placement level top line and short coupled body. A rear quarters are powerful with a good bend of stifle and well let down on the hock. Correct tail set and moved and handled very well. 3 Drummond’s Ballindona Shooting Star For Fellknott MPB (9,3) What a lovely Minor Puppy Bitch class this was, I’m sure the places between the first three will change many times in the future. 1 Boulton & Hayton’s Dusklight Who’s That Girl 7 month old, pretty red and white pied puppy, she has a beautiful head and expression, clean with no loose skin around the face and neck, she has dark round well placed eyes, she has a deep through skull with plenty of width. She has a strong muzzle with black pigmentation, correct bite and good depth to underjaw. Neat ears frame a beautiful face. Her front is good with ample bone. She has a good death to her brisket, level top line and ample spring of rib, she is short coupled with powerful rear quarters. Very pleasing body shape viewed from the side, already showing good muscle definition. She has a good bend to stifle, Wide hams and is well let down on the hock. She has correct tale set. Coat is short, tight and harsh to touch. Moved and handled very well, keeping her topline on the move. 2 Corti’s Bickinstar Ice Glow. Another absolutely beautiful red puppy, 7 month old, beautiful head and expression with the neatest of ears and darkest round well placed eyes. She has a good depth and width to her skull with correct length of muzzle and no loose skin, she has a tight lip. A good depth to underjaw, correct bite and good pigmentation. She is balanced with ample bone, with a good front and neat feet. She has a short neck leading into well placed shoulders, a good depth to a brisket and ample spring of rib for her age. She as a level top line and the short-coupled body with powerful rear quarters with wide hams, good bend to stifle and well let down on the hocks. Correct tale set with short tight coat, well defined muscles, neat feet moved and handled very well, another one keeping her topline on the move. 3 Ford’s Bullrichs Knock It Off At Jamnloz (Imp) Deu PB (2) 1 Willetts’s Hamason Hearts On Fire I just loved this 11 month old puppy bitch, red and white pied, She is clean balanced and typey, everything you want an 11 month old puppy to be. She has the most beautiful head and expression with the darkest round well placed eyes, no exaggerations here, no loose skin, tight clean lips, good width and depth to muzzle and skull, ample underjaw, darkest pigmentation and correct bite. She has a very good front with ample bone, neat feet and a good depth to her brisket. She gives a very pleasing picture from all angles, short neck leading into correct shoulder placement and good spring of rib, she short coupled with a level top line and good tuck up. Her tail set is correct, and she has ample strength to her rear quarters for an 11 month old puppy. She has a good bend to stifle and well-let down on the hock. She as a tight short coat that is harsh to touch. Moved and handled very well and shows like a dream. Best Puppy Bitch and Best Puppy In Breed 2 Reynolds’s Niatona Tafyta Muttonfudge Red and white puppy of 11 months. Pretty head and expression, with dark round eyes, good Pigmentation, clean lip and correct bite. Good width and length to muzzle and skull. Good depth to underjaw and correct bite. She is short coupled with a level topline, good depth to her brisket, ample spring to her rib and a good tuck up. Her quarters are ample for an 11 month old puppy, good width to a ham, good bend to her stifle and well let down on the hock. Correct tale set, moved and handled well. JB (12,1) 1 Banner’s Geordiestaff Hadaway Pet Quality Brindle, from every angle this bitch is standard, balanced and full of type. With a stunning head and expression, she has the darkest round well placed eyes, distinct stop and pronounced cheek bumps. She has good width and depth to muzzle and skull. Her neat ears frame her beautiful face. Her pigmentation is good, and she has a tight clean lip, correct bite and good depth to her underjaw. Her front is true with ample bone and neat feet. She has a good depth to her brisket I’m spring to her rib. Short muscular neck leading into correct shoulder placement, ample depth to brisket and good tuck up. She has a level top line which she kept on the move. Her rear quarters are powerful with a good width to her ham, ample bend to stifle well let down on hock and she has good muscle definition. She has a well set tail, short tight coat. She moved and handled extremely well, was so pleased to award her my Reserve CC bitch. I will be watching her progress with interest. 2 Stanway’s Waystaff Causing Mayhem Red and white pied of quality, she is so clean, balanced and typey. She has the most beautiful head and expression with darkest round well placed eyes, distinct stop with a good width and depth to a skull and muzzle. She has a good depth to her underjaw with clean lips and a correct bite. She has a good front with ample bone and a good depth to a brisket. The view is very pleasant from the side, with short neck leading to correct shoulder placement, level top line which she kept on the move. Good Spring to her rib. Her rear quarters are strong a muscular with a good width to a ham, well let down on the hock and good bend of stifle. She has a well set tail, short tight coat that is harsh to touch. Moved and well but handling was a battle of wills. 3 Green’s Cocostaff Rumbullion Yb (8) 1 Addison, Hammystaff Shape Of You At Guyad JW Flashy red, of real quality, she showed herself to perfection, she is just my cup of tea. She is balanced, full of type and in fabulous condition. She has the most stunning head and expression with beautiful dark round well placed eyes. She has good width, depth and length to muzzle and skull, she has neat well placed he is that frame that exquisite expression. She has pronounced cheek bumps, and good depth to her underjaw, clean tight lips and correct bite. She has good dark pigmentation. There is no exaggeration about her at all, she has balance from every angle you look at her. She has a very good width to her front, with ample bone and straight legs, neat feet and good depth to brisket. Her short neck leads into her well placed shoulders with good spring of rib, level top line which she kept on the move. She is short coupled with a good tuck up, muscular rear quarters and good width to her hams. She has ample bend of stifle. She has a good tale set and short tight harsh to touch coat Showing her muscle definition well. Her movement was very good, she moved with purpose and ease, and she handled to perfection. My Bitch CC winner, her second I believe, I’m sure the third one is not so far away. 2 Montalant, Mrs Manon Brave Spirit Citrus Fresh Another beautiful flashy red bitch. She is full of quality with the most beautiful expression and head. She has neat ears, dark round eyes which are correctly placed and a distinct stop. She is clean with no exaggerations, she has a good depth and width to her muzzle and skull, clean lip and correct bite. She has ample bone to her front, which is straight with neat feet. This bitch is real quality and I’m sure will go on to some very big wins in the future. She is balanced and full of type. She has a strong neck leading into well placed shoulders, good depth to her brisket and spring of rib. Her topline is level and she had a good tale set. She has powerful rear quarters; they are well let down on the hock with a good bend of Stifle. Her coat is short tight and gleaming. She is in good fit condition, moved and handled very well. 3 Matthews’s Hearts Desire NB (2) 1 Ford’s Rossobull Diamond Diva At Jamnloz Exuberant red, with lovely head and expression. Dark round, well placed eyes and neat ears. Her tail never stopped wagging! A front is good with ample weight of bone and a good width. She is very short coupled with a level top line and powerful rear quarters. She had a good depth and width two her brisket and ample tuck up. She has a good spring to rib and correct tale set, she is balanced with a short tight coat and in good condition moved and handled very well. 2 Martinez’s Bullbrothers Northen Star Pretty black brindle with very nice head and expression, balanced and full of type. She has dark round eyes, distinct stop, good width and depth to muzzle, and correct bite. She is a very nice bitch with a good well boned front., She looks good from all angles with a level top line short coupled and good tail set. She moves and handles very well. GB (4) 1 Matthews, Mrs Janet Janjoma Hearts Desire Black brindle bitch that came third in an exceptional yearling class, beautiful bitch of real quality. Her coat gleams with health. She has a beautiful head and expression with neat ears framing her lovely face. She has the darkest of eyes which are round and well placed. She has a distinct stop and pronounced cheek bumps. She has a good width and length to a muzzle, good width and depth to her skull. She has clean lips, good depth to underjaw and correct bite. Her front is straight with ample width, she has a good weight of bone and neat feat. She has a good depth to her brisket. She is pleasing from all angles, showing strength and fitness, she is short coupled with a level top line and powerful rear quarters, she has a good bend to her stifle, and she is well let down on the hock with correct tail placement. She has a very good wide front with plenty of bone, it is straight with good depth to brisket and her feet are neat. She has a short neck, leading into well placed shoulders with a good spring to her rib. She is in fantastic hard muscular condition. The view from her side is very pleasing with level top line good tuck up and short coupled body. She has powerful rear quarters with a good width to a ham, she is well let down on the hock and good bend to stifle. Her tail set is correct, her coat is gleaming short and tight. Her tail set is good, her coat is tight short and harsh to touch. She is clean lipped with correct bite. She is a good balance of strength, type and femininity. Her front has plenty of bone with a good width and depth to her brisket, she also has neat feet. Her strong neck leads into her well placed shoulders. She has a level top line kept on the move, and a good spring to her rib. She has a short coupled body with good tuck up. She has powerful rear quarters, with good bend of stifle and well let down on the hock. She has a good tail set. Her coat is tight, short, and harsh to touch showing her good muscle definition. She is so clean without any exaggerations. Her beautiful head, and expression is framed by her neat rose ears. She has the darkest of well placed round eyes. She has ample bone and she has a good depth and width to her front which is true with neat feet. The view from the side is also very clean and well put together. Strong neck flaws into well placed shoulders with a level topline which is kept on the move, she has good depth and width to her brisket and ample spring to her rib. She is short coupled with powerful muscular rear quarters, good bend of stifle and is well let down on the hock. Correct tale set. A coat is tight short and harsh to touch showing her good muscle definition. She is in very good condition. She has an excellent head and expression with the darkest of pigmentation. Her eyes are round, dark and well placed, she also has a distinct stop. She is clean lipped with the correct bite. She has a good depth and width to her skull. Her muzzle is correct width and length, and she has ample depth to her underjaw. She has neat rose ears framing her beautiful face. Looking at her from the side, she is so clean and balanced with her strong powerful neck leading into well-placed powerful shoulders. She has plenty of depth to her brisket and spring to her rib, her tuck up is good and her top line is level, which was kept on the move. she is short coupled. Her rear quarters are strong with a good width of ham, she is well let down on the hock and ample bend to stifle. She has a good tail set, and neat tight feet. Her coat is short tight with her muscle definition showing through. She moved really well with ease and drive. 2 Shipp’s Ch Delacour Sweetest Taboo For Idyllicstaff JW Beautiful brindle and white pied, with spark overload, she has the best of heads and expressions, with neat rose ears framing her beautiful face. Her eyes are dark, round and well placed. She has a distinct stop and pronounced cheek bumps. Her head is strong and clean but still feminine. She has a correct bite. Her front is wide and true with a good strength to her bone, neat feet and ample depth to her brisket. From the side view she is a power-house of strength. Strong neck leading on to well-placed shoulders very well sprung rib with level top line and short coupled body, her rear quarters are very powerful with good width of hams, well let down on the hock and correct bend of stifle. Her tail set is good, and her coat is short tight and harsh to touch, showing her good muscle definition throughout. I would like to start my critique by thanking everyone who brought their Stafford’s for me to judge, I was so pleased with the quality of the exhibits. There were a few broken teeth but nothing significant, we are having a problem with tails at the moment which spoiled the outline of some of the Staffords on the move, we need to watch this for the future. I was very pleased with my winners and my lineups, there was real quality past the fifth card in many of the classes. I would like to thank WKC committee for asking me to judge their show and the best Stewards ever! Tec & Elaine Norton, on the ball every minute and did far more miles than I did in that ring! I judged for balance with strength and type. I found the dogs much improved from the last time I judged, I would go as far as almost equalling the bitches in depth of quality. I looked at both my line ups and was so pleased with the quality and type of Staffords. Also, the variety of colour on show. Staffords are not meant to stand there like statues, I like to see animation, a glint in their eye and alert movement in their ears.

1 Desmond’s Ch Elitebulls Challenger JW Last time I judged in 2022, I gave this dog my CC and best of breed, he has not aged, black brindle of real quality, He has the best of heads with an expression to die for. Darkest, round well-placed eyes with a good width and depth to skull. He has neat rose ears that framed his face well. He is clean in lip with Correct teeth and a good depth of underjaw. He is a typy balanced dog with a good weight to his bone, He as a short strong neck leading into clean well-placed shoulders, a good depth to his brisket and a well sprung rib, short-coupled body and powerful rear quarters. His tail is well set. He has neat feet and gleaming coat which showed muscle definition, he was in fabulous condition, moved and handled well to Best Veteran & Terrier Veteran Group Three

2 Lewis’s Ch Biggleswick Splash Of Ginge Red with a black mask, another dog defying his age, what a beautiful head and expression he has, He also has the darkest of eye, round and well placed, his head is deep through with a good depth to his underjaw, correct bite, He is a balanced well put together dog with a good front, he’s short with a level topline and good tail set, he is well muscled in his rear quarters, he has a short tight coat, Moved and handled well. A worthy Champion

1 Gutierrez Gonzalez & Hirst’s Dusklight Small Town Boy At Maskalon Very flashy 8 month old red and white puppy, very clean in outline. He has a beautiful head and expression, so clean with a good depth and width to his skull, such dark eyes, round and well placed. Depth, width and length of muzzle are in correct ratio to his head, nice rose ears. He is clean lipped with correct bite. Pigmentation black. He has a very good well boned front with correct shoulder placement and neat feet, depth of brisket and spring of rib are where you would want it to be for a baby puppy. He is short coupled with a good topline and correct tail set. He has good strength in his rear quarters, stifle well bent and a good letdown on the hock, Short tight coat with that slight harshness to the touch. He moved in good stride with plenty of reach and kept his topline, handled well.

2 Boulton & Hayton’s Dusklight White Heat, litter brother to first place winner, predominantly white with red eye patches, again as first, very flashy, slightly lighter puppy than first, but still balanced, lovely head and expression, With dark eye and clean lip. Good depth and width to skull with pronounced cheek bumps. Muzzle ratio length, width and depth in proportion with head. Clean lipped with correct bite. Pigmentation black. Front good with level topline. He is balanced and well put together with a good spring to his rib an ample rear quarters, tail set correct, coat short and tight. Moved and handled well

1 Bassford-Lane’s Jojalane I Drink Wine Deep red with flashy white markings and a black mask, He is all dog and proceeded to lead his owner a merry dance. I will be watching this puppy, I hope his owner gets him to show to his Potential and then there will be no stopping him. He has a stunning head with a very good expression, the darkest of eyes, His depth and width of skull are all in Proportion, I see no over exaggeration in this dog, just balance with strength. He has an excellent expression with neat ears, clean lips and good depth to his underjaw. Correct bite. He has a short neck leading into correct shoulder placement, is front is true with a good depth to his brisket and ample bone. He has ample spring of rib, and a level top line which he kept on the move. His body is short coupled and has a good tail set. His rear quarters are powerful, and he is well let down on the hock with correct bend of stifle. He has good muscle definition and a short tight coat which is harsh to the touch. His movement is very good with reach and drive with a few acrobatics thrown in, handled OK. Best Puppy Dog

2 Boulton & Hayton’s Dusklight See Me Now Predominantly white with Brindle patch over eye, another flashy pied of just 9 months, this is a lovely well put together balanced puppy dog with a beautiful head, expression and neat ears, he has the darkest of eyes, round and well placed, deep stop, good depth and width to skull, good depth of underjaw with correct bite. He stood four square, with a good front and a very pleasing view from the side, short coupled with level topline, good spring to rib and depth to brisket. He has good rear quarters and correct tail set. He is a very balanced typy puppy that moved and handled well.

1 Devlin’s Tightlines Mister Perfect White of real quality, what a beautiful young dog this is, he is just so clean and all Stafford. He has type and balance in abundance and was one of the best movers on the day. He is so well put together with the most beautiful head and expression. He has dark round well placed eyes, good Depth and width to skull with correct stop, pronounced cheek bumps and good muzzle depth, width and length ratio. He has clean lips with and good depth to his underjaw with correct bite. He has black pigmentation. He has a short clean neck leading into well placed shoulders with no weakness. His front is true with ample bone and neat feet. He has a good depth to is brisket and good spring to rib. His topline is level which he kept on the move. He has powerful rear quarters with a good with to his hams, ample bend of stifle and well let down on the hock, he has a correct tail set., I just loved everything about this dog. He Moved with ease, gliding along showing off his level topline, reach and drive to perfection. My Dog CC and Best Of Breed winner thank you for bringing him.

Stunning head and expression with a good width and depth to skull, Correct muscle to skull ratio with clean lips and well placed dark round eyes, pronounced cheek bumps with a good stop, black nose and correct bite. He has a good straight front, with ample bone and neat feet. Correct shoulder placement and a good depth to his brisket, well sprung ribs, short-coupled body and Level topline which he kept on the move, has powerful rear quarters with a good width to his ham and well bent stifles. Correct tail set, He has a short tight coat showing his fantastic muscle definition. He moved with drive and reach and handled very well. He was classy and balanced and it was my pleasure to award him the RDCC.

Distinct stop, good width and depth to his skull with correct muzzle ratio. He has the neatest ears which he uses well to frame his face. He has a good depth to his under jaw and is pigmentation is black, and his bite is correct. As ample bone with a good front with correct shoulder placement and correct depth of brisket, his top line is level, and he has a short-coupled body. His powerful rear quarters showing the correct bend of stifle a well let down on the hock. He has neat feet and a good tail set. His coat is short tight and gleaming. He’s an excellent muscular fit condition and he moved in handled very well.

His head is clean and deep through with ample underjaw with clean lips. He has black pigmentation and correct bite. He has balance, type and strength without being bully.
