STAFFORDSHIRE JUDGE WINDSOR 23

I would like to take this opportunity to thank the Officers and Committee for inviting me to judge at Windsor Championship Show. Also many thanks to my two stewards George and Sharon for doing an excellent job on the day. I would like to take this opportunity to thank exhibitors for giving me an excellent entry of quality dogs and bitches. The ring was of a good size, but it was just a pity that there were divots of turf out under the marquee and where the exhibitors walked out from under the marquee into the open. The ground was like a muddy ploughed field where torrential rain had poured off the end of the marquee onto the ground. It made exhibitors and dogs almost impossible to get past this point without great difficulty, it was very awkward to access movement because exhibitors were trying to get past this point without getting stuck in the mud or falling. It was much better when the ring was turned at
right angles after Limit Dog.
