West Highland White Terriers

PD (3)

1 Davison’s Braxquin’s Gorgeous George, 6 months, balanced throughout in good coat, pleasing head, ears & expression, good neck, topline & set on, correct angulation front & rear, firm articulated, moved well, is a baby with scope to develop;

2 McLoughlin’s Ley Hey Local Laddie, 6 months, much more mature with very good head, eye & expression, well carried neck, firm back, good jacket, plenty of body, moved neatly; 3 Cooper’s Brorastar Wanna Be Your Man.

JD (1)

1 Molony’s Killynether Kingdom, 16 months, well balanced with good head & expression, nice neck, topline, coat & set on, good rear action, could have less width in front.

PGD (2)

1 Bartley’s Atelib Playing The Star, took this class on his very good head, expression & compactness, nice neck, topline, tail carriage, coat, true action front & rear but lacked reach of stride;

2 McLoughlin’s Ley Hey Latest Legend, typical head & expression, good neck, topline & tail carriage, coat, moves true front & rear, but less width in front would improve.

LD (0).

OD (3)

1 Flamang’s Magic Matisse von Maerchebgartan, this dog has an excellence of movement, true front & rear, reachy in profile, completely holds his shape in profile action, this is the result of firm articulation, correct angulation & coordination, masculine quality headpiece, arched reachy neck, just enough coat;

2 West’s Ch Tomlyndon Eager Earnest, came second of two top class dogs, you could justify either way round for different reasons, Ernest is slightly more compact & carried perfect coat in amount & texture, just as true in movement but not the scope;

3 Smith’s Lizandycris Call My Bluff at Roxberg.

PB (3,1a)

1 Jenkinson’s Highcross Crystal Charm, very good head & expression, nice neck, topline set on, pleasing angulation, moved well, in good coat & put her best foot forward on the move;

2 Smith’[s Highcross Precious Charm to Lingbeck, pressed hard, not quite the angulation, pleased in head, neck, topline, tail carriage, strong rear with good action.

JB (2)

1 Burns’ Burneze Geordie Girl, you look across the ring & she just hits your eyes, as they say, definitely has the wow factor, feminine expressive headpiece, elegant well carried neck, compact body with firm topline & tail on top, excellent jacket, pleasingly constructed front & rear, moved accordingly;

2 Johnston’s Glenveagh Breanna, a good honest solid citizen, typy, balanced, good coat, nice head, topline & set on, moved soundly, just a whole lot of woman.

PGB (5)

1 Fitzpatrick’s Lynnsto Cream Of The Crop, a very symmetrical lady who tickled my interest, very good head, ears, eyes & expression, nice neck, topline & set on, good coat, angulation, sound movement, when the chips were down, not quite the furnishings or the will to win but definitely knocked at the door;

2 Bartley’s Atelib Moon Aura, very godhead & expression, more neck would improve, good topline, set on, coat, balance, nice construction which she demonstrated on the move & gained a place;

3 McLoughlin’s Llovall Look Here Ley Hey.

LB (3,1)

1 Smith’s Lingbeck Playing The Lady, took this class by virtue of being more compact yet having more scope of stride, good head, eye, would like higher set ear, good neck, topline, tail carriage, moved soundly;

2 Johnston’s Glenveagh Demelza, must have been a fan of Marvin Rainwater, she too is a ‘whole lotta woman’, very good head, ear & expression, good coat, backline, tail carriage could be tighter.

OB (3,1)

1 Crockett’s Magic Mystery High vom Maerchengarten at Havasu, has many of the virtues, style of the open dog winner & certainly gives her all, would like her shorter in loin but otherwise she’s all quality throughout;

2 Jenkinson’s Highcross Chamer, more compact, excellent head & expression, good neck, topline, coat, neat & tidy on the move, would like rear more in tune with the rest.
