Tony Manning FOX WIRE JUDGE CRUFTS 15 Wire Fox Terriers VD (3) 1 Moakes’ Blackdale Invader, super showdog, in excellent order. Great headpiece & expression, lovely outline, compact well ribbed body with tail on top, moved freely; 2 Smith’s Lenicka Viking, lightly marked dog in good order throughout. Nice head & expression, level topline with correct tailset, sound mover; 3 Russell-Smith’s Davwen Flash Gordon at Ritelsa, hound marked dog of correct make & shape. In good order & showed well. Moved free & true. PD (3,1a) 1 Will’s Blackwire Jasper, quality hound marked dog with nice head & expression, good neck & shoulders, level topline with good set on, moved well; 2 Will’s Blackwire Jedi, another useful hound marked dog who made it so difficult for his handler. He could have won this class if he had cooperated. JD (5,1) 1 Hunt’s Dominus Draughtsman, beautiful head & expression, quality hound marked body of ideal size & balance, good set on to finish, moves soundly; 2 Nixon’s Willowyre Wings Of Steel, another top quality dog in excellent show condition & trim (as we have come to expect from this exhibitor). Correct size, lovely head, great body shape, free mover; 3 O’Donoghue’s Blackdale Buccaneer, this makes up a trio of top class youngsters. Great head, correct body shape, very well handled & moved by this young lady. Will both have bright futures. PGD (8,2) 1 Schoeneberg’s Odysseus V D Sch-Nen Bergen, a special boy in exceptional show condition & trim. Beautiful head, neck & shoulders, compact body with tail on top & a really sound mover. So unlucky to meet CC winner today but believe me it was very close. RCC; 2 Adshead’s Shoalhill Galahad, another really good one. Pretty as a picture with almost perfect markings. Excellent outline, lovely head, size & substance, very well presented & moved correctly; 3 Frost’s Travella State Senator, this dog makes up a trio of excellent dogs in such a "low” class. Will all do well in the future I am sure. LD (10) 1 Arnold’s The Big Bopper of Wragley, richly hound marked quality dog in very good show condition & trim. Lovely head & expression, make & shape. Correct size & moved soundly; 2 Duspivova’s Darsy Z Elgardu, well balanced dog throughout with lovely outline & set on. In good coat condition & body weight. Nice head & expression, free sound mover; 3 Thompson’s Burrencroft Joshy Boy, picture marked, well balanced dog of correct size, make & shape. Moved & showed well. OD (12,2) This is the best class of Wires I have ever seen & I am unlikely to judge a better class anywhere in the world. 1 Malzoni, De Munter & Uiterwijk’s Ch King Arthur Van Foliny Home, I have judged this dog on three occasions & he seems to get better & better. Super head, long neck, short level body with tail on top, sound mover. Looked an absolute picture. CC & BOB; 2 Barker’s Int/Am Ch Fox Creek JP Ideal Or Idiot, top quality dog of ideal size, make & shape. Beautiful head & expression, terrific outline, very sound mover; 3 Malzoni’s Ch Travella Striking Steel, another real top quality dog who has done the breed so proud. In spectacular form & condition. No disgrace whatsoever in not winning today. GCD (1) 1 Forman & Jones’ Travella Big Impact at Maidfern, well balanced dog, in good order & show condition, nice head & expression, overall balance & of correct size, moved & showed well for his experienced handler. VB (1) A. PB (2,1) 1 Lilley’s Wyregait Shades Of Silver, top quality, lightly marked youngster. Lovely head & expression, long neck, good shoulders, short compact level body with tail on top. Moved freely & at the correct pace by her experienced handler. JB (12,1) 1 Browne-Cole’s Travella Sneak Preview, top quality, lightly marked bitch of ideal size, make & shape. Lovely head & expression, neck & shoulders, level topline with a good set on. When matured fully will do a great deal of winning; 2 Gething’s Aman The Other Woman, attractively hound marked bitch in really good condition. Sweet head with good expression, ideal size, moved soundly; 3 Moehrke’s Dahana V D Bismarckquelle, another richly hound marked top quality bitch making a trio of lovely bitches. They will all do well in the future I am sure. PGB (12,3) 1 Mulhall’s Travella Special Agenda, pretty feminine bitch of correct make, shape & enough substance. Lovely head & expression, super topline with good set on, moved at the correct speed around the ring & was sound; 2 Dipple’s Travella Some Quest, lightly marked bitch of correct size, make & shape. Lovely head & expression, good length of neck, good shoulder placement, short well ribbed body, picture marked which helped to enhance her outline. Moved well; 3 Harding’s Beekay Bellissima, another neat well balanced, nicely marked bitch, in good order. Nice head, neck & shoulders, short level topline, moved well. LB (6,1) 1 Van Weersch’s Warnell’s Our Sweetest Thing, picture marked top quality bitch in great order. Beautiful head & expression, striking outline with tail on top, correctly balanced & a true sound mover; 2 Moakes’ Blackdale Request of Jomoaka, long lean headed bitch with terrific expression. Ideal make & shape. Balanced throughout, moved & showed well; 3 Barker, Fraser & Sacco’s Nethertonion Pendant, lovely bitch, in good condition, sweet headpiece, correct outline, sound mover. OB (8,1) 1 O’Donoghue’s Ch/Ir Ch Blackdale Julie, top quality bitch, in sparkling condition. Exquisite head, long neck, good shoulder placement, short well ribbed body with tail on top, moved soundly. CC: 2 Van Weersch’s Dutch/Bel Ch Legra V D Bismarckquelle, attractively marked hound marked quality bitch. Lovely head & expression, ideal size, shown in good body weight & condition, free sound mover; 3 Allen’s Travella Sonata, lovely bitch, in super form. 1 Moakes’ Blackdale Invader, super showdog, in excellent order. Great headpiece & expression, lovely outline, compact well ribbed body with tail on top, moved freely;

2 Smith’s Lenicka Viking, lightly marked dog in good order throughout. Nice head & expression, level topline with correct tailset, sound mover;

3 Russell-Smith’s Davwen Flash Gordon at Ritelsa, hound marked dog of correct make & shape. In good order & showed well. Moved free & true.

PD (3,1a)

1 Will’s Blackwire Jasper, quality hound marked dog with nice head & expression, good neck & shoulders, level topline with good set on, moved well;

2 Will’s Blackwire Jedi, another useful hound marked dog who made it so difficult for his handler. He could have won this class if he had cooperated.

1 Hunt’s Dominus Draughtsman, beautiful head & expression, quality hound marked body of ideal size & balance, good set on to finish, moves soundly;
