FOX WIRE LEEDS 19 Judge: Mr E Engh (Norway) BEST OF BREED : 2119 MALZONI, Mr V & BROWNE-COLE Mrs S Ch Travella Laketrix Set To Strike FOX WIRE JUDGE LEEDS 19 JD (1) I. Eskwyre Showdown at Oregill A smart, elegant dog where his long and elegant neck makes a difference. Very good length of head, including muzzle, well filled. Excellent small yes and lovely expression. Acceptable ears. Neck well set into a strong topline, if not among the shortest of backs. There is plenty of dog behind his tail. Ample angulation behind. Excellent coat quality. He moved with attitude and style, but I would not want any more kick-up behind than this. res CC. PGD (3,1) 1. Kensteen Round Midnight. Quite a smart dog with a very typical attitude. Excellent ears. Enough length of head. Elegant neck. Strong topline. Longer in back than I prefer. Tail carriage not his fortune, not consistent. A little short of coat today, but enough to determine that he has a pleasing coat structure. 2. Saredon Make My Day of Plodda A well proportioned dog, square. Rather plain in head, somewhat flighty ears. Strong neck. Vertical upper arm. Excellent topline and tailset. Coat not his fortune, nor is movement from the side. LD (1) 1. Brocolitia Point of Fire Sh.CM ShCEx. A big, masculine, strong dog, very sound all over, but I would prefer some more elegance to him. Strong masculine head with good length. Excellent neck. Could do with less forechest. Stylish in outline. Well set tail. Well angulated behind. Powerful and sound in movement. Very well presented. OD (2) 1. Ch. Travella Laketrix Set To Strike A top class dog, scoring heavily in type and overall quality, combining being masculine and elegant. Very good length of head and very pleasing head planes, excellent ears, fiery expression. Long neck, well set into a short back. Well set tail with plenty of dog behind the tail. Perfectly conditioned and handled. He propelled around the ring with plenty of style and with very good drive behind, at all times keeping his outline and balance. CC & BOB. 2. Blackdale Buccaneer of Russmews Attractive, well balanced dog, still looking rather anonymous compared to the winner. Dark eye, good ears. Not the length of neck nor the neck into the back of the winner. Well set and carried tail. Reasonable mover. Excellent coat and presentation. PB (4,2) 1. Kenynten Elara. Six months and looking it. Very elegant, very feminine bitch who needs to grow on. Delightful head and expression. Very good ears. Long neck. Typical angulation in front. Good tailset and tail carriage. In excellent coat. Needs to body up and stabilize with maturity. Best Puppy 2. Anstars Flaming Phoenix A tall bitch for a puppy. She has a very typical temperament, but is quite difficult for her handler to make the most out of. Head with pleasing length, not the eye and expression of the winner. Long neck, strong topline. Her tail carriage somewhat spoiled the impression. Needs to settle in movement. JB (1) 1. Tyquin Polar Ice Very attractive young bitch, all quality. She is very well proportioned. Lovely head with length, excellent ears and expression. Long neck, well set into a short body. Would prefer a higher set tail. Moved very parallel and true, but not always using her tail. Excellent coat quality. LB (1) 1. Kiss Me Quick for Anstars. A big bitch, yet feminine enough. Head of excellent length and proportions, but ears somewhat flighty. Long and strong neck. Firm topline. Well set tail, but carried over the back which somewhat spoiled the picture. Well angulated behind. In excellent coat. Quite a positive mover from all angles. OB (4,1) I was especially impressed with the first two, both bitches of excellent type and quality. 1. Wyregait Cider With Rosie Very impressive in outline and proportions, scoring in combination of power with elegance and femininity. Attractive head with excellent ears and expression. Lovely neck, straight into back. Excellent tailset and tail carriage. Well angulated behind. Pleasing coat structure, even if rather short in coat on the day. Kept her lovely balance and outline on the move. 2. Stella Z Kuliaru. Another top class bitch, excellent overall type and quality. Very well proportioned. Truly lovely head with excellent length of muzzle and excellent ears. Lovely neck. She did not stand quite as firmly over her legs and feet as the winner. Well set tail. Beautiful coat and presentation. She moved very well from all angles. res CC. 3.Willowyre Whyte Magic Judge Espen Engh |
