FOX WIRE NATIONAL TERRIER 13 Judge(s): MR L H SNOW Wire Fox Terriers MPD (1) 1 Barrett’s Tyquin Accordance, heavily marked 7 months puppy, good head & expression, ideal size for age & in good order throughout. A little apprehensive when entered the ring but improved during the class. Correct body shape, good legs & feet, correct tailset. I will be interested in his development. PD (1) 1 Bradford’s Flyntwyre Figgy Duff, ginger/w 12 months puppy, terrific hard wire coat. Full of himself & made it difficult for his experienced handler. Good head & expression, short well ribbed body. When settled moved freely. JD (5) 1 Weersch’s Warnell’s Umizoomi, well made dog of correct make & shape, good head & expression, long neck, short well ribbed body, level topline, good tailset, good mover; 2 Maughan’s Brocolitia Stand To Reason, attractive lightly marked dog of good make & shape, nice head & expression, outline, set on & movement. Not so mature as 1 but has time on his side; 3 Hurst’s Proveits Stormin Norman. ND (1) 1 Hampton & Wynter’s Wofferwood Chervil, well handled, turned out admirably. Decent head & expression, level topline & set on. Lead trained & exhibited professionally by his young talented handler. PGD (3) 1 De Munter-Uiterwijk’s King Arthur Van Foliny Home, top quality dog who I believe will have a very bright & successful show career in front of him. Beautiful head & expression, long neck, short coupled, level topline, good set on, sound mover, heavily marked but nevertheless very attractive. Lacks a little maturity. RCC; 2 Adshead’s Travella Smart Predator, decent head & expression, well balanced, free moving, lightly marked. Good tight fitting wire coat, in good order throughout; 3 W Chervil. LD (4) 1 Mitnyan & Graz’s Alkinra Making Mischief, well balanced, in good condition & body weight, nice head & expression, long neck, impressive outline which is enhanced by his markings. Good set on & sound moving; 2 England’s Ashleyheath Of All Eternity, quality dog, pin wire coat which fitted a well ribbed body. Good head & expression, shaped correctly with good set on & moved freely; 3 Anderson’s Proveits Johnnie Be Good. OD (5) 1 Goodsell’s Ch Blackdale Supreme, super, picture marked dog, in terrific form. Quality head & expression, make & shape. Perfect size, free mover, has all the attributes which makes him a real ch. CC & BOB; 2 Mitnyan & Graz’s Zigeunerjunge V D Schonen Bergen, lovely head & expression, long neck, short well ribbed body, in excellent show condition & body weight, moved soundly; 3 Frost’s Travella Set The Trend. MPB (2) 1 Griffiths’ Brocolita Grace Kelly, very sweet & feminine 8 months puppy, good head & expression, correct make & shape, clearly enjoys showing & moves with plenty of drive. PB (5) 1 De Munter-Uiterwijk’s Loveletter Van Foliny Home, very nice bitch, up to size & does not need to grow any more. Lovely head & expression, long neck, short compact body with tail on top, moved soundly. BP; 2 Maughan’s Brocolitia Who Me, almost all white with classy tan head. Short coupled & well balanced throughout. A little apprehensive at first but when settled moved well; 3 Adshead’s Longlength Go Go Maxine. JB (5) 1 Barker’s Irvonhill Poinsetta, very feminine bitch, lovely head & expression, good length of neck, short level well bodied to give correct balance, moved soundly front & back. RCC; 2 Anderson’s Proveits Only Way Is Essex, nice head & expression, moves very well indeed at the correct pace with her handler. Slightly longer cast than 1, nevertheless a very nice bitch; 3 England’s Ashleyheath Charlotte’s Web. NB (2) 1 B Grace Kelly; 2 Hampton & Wynter’s Wofferwood Tansy. PGB (6) 1 Dipple’s Marvidyne Moonshine, quality bitch, lovely head & expression, long neck, short compact body, level topline, good set on & a free mover; 2 Hughes & Pearce’s Alkina Mighty Minx, similar type to 1, slightly cobbier. Many good attributes, nice head, neck, shoulders, topline & set on, good mover; 3 Harding’s Beekay Bellissima. LB (3) 1 Mitnyan & Graz’s Rainbow V D Schonen Bergen, picture marked quality bitch, in very good condition, lovely head & expression, beautiful outline, good set on, sound mover; 2 De Munter-Uiterwijk’s Jasmine Van Foliny Home, very pretty bitch of excellent make & shape, good head & expression, long neck, short well ribbed body, tail on top, free mover; 3 Rice & Seymour’s Burrencroft Painted Lady at Duchmorn. OB (4) 1 Magill’s Burrencroft She’s A Hit at Grambrae, top quality bitch, super head & Expression, well balanced throughout & very sound mover. Pin wire coat on short well ribbed body, good legs & feet, tail on top. Has the potential to become a very good ch. CC: 2 Barrett’s Tyquin Artic Fox, a bitch I have always liked. Basically all white with tan head. Great outline, nice head & expression, sound mover; 3 Nixon’s Willowyre Wish Upon A Star. L H SNOW |
