I should like to thank Three Counties for asking me to judge & say thank you to the exhibitors who entered their dogs & supported the breed at this show.

PD (1)

1 Hunt’s Dominus Draughtsman, lovely 8 month old dog with good head, short back & well placed tail. Lovely expression. Moved very well. Just needs time to mature. Was very happy to give him BP & pleased to see he later went PG3.

PGD (3,2a)

1 Wurtzburg’s Blackdale Mastermind, lovely outline & expression. Good head, eye & ears. Moved well but not quite settled on the day. RBD.

OD (3,2)

1 Malzoni’s Travella Striking Steel, very well made dog with plenty of substance & bone. Lovely expression with long head, dark eyes & very good ears. He moved sound & true in both directions. Was happy to give him BD, BOB. Pleased to see him later get G1 & RBIS.

PB (1)

1 Bambridge’s Nethertonian Sweet Charlot of Beckstone, well made puppy with plenty of substance for a young bitch. Moved & handled well. Needs time to mature.

JB (1)

1 Jones & Foreman’s Goldcox Special Lady with Maidfern, neat square bodied bitch with dark eye, long neck. Showed well.

PGB (1)

1 Pearce’s Alkinra Pepper Pot, another nice bitch with good head & ears, dark eye & correct tailset. Handled well but not entirely happy with the floor when moved.

OB (5,3)

1 O’Donoghue’s Ir Ch Blackdale Julie, bitch with lovely silhouette, standing four square with long neck, good head, lovely short level topline & well set on tail Showed & moved well. Just had the edge on 2 for me to award her BB;

2 Mohrke’s Cz/Dan/Int/Ger/Lux Ch Luna vd Bismarckquelle, heavily marked bitch of a different type. Lovely head, good body & set on. Shown in good condition. Moved well. RBB.
