KERRY BLUE BIRMINGHAM NATIONAL 13 Judge(s): MR SEAN DELMAR Kerry Blue Terriers PD (2) 1 Dale & Cooper’s Lynnsto Blue Russian, excellent outline with good ring presence, good pigment & good expression, correct topline & tailset, the body needs to develop. Correct rear angulation giving him plenty of drive behind, brown hue in the coat, a sure sign of colour to come. BP. JD (1) 1 Earle & Kelly’s Miculadh Edge Of Glory at Dollagh, excellent ears of correct size, shape & placement, I would like his foreface stronger & his tailset could be higher. Nice texture in the coat but a little too straight behind. Too short stepping in movement. LD (3) 1 Clarke-O’Neill’s Lemracdream The Navigator, a little strong in skull but excellent strong teeth with nice dark pigment, full well developed body with strong loin & excellent tailset, good quality coat starting to colour, excellent mover with good ring presence. RCC. OD (3) 1 Ramsay’s Saredon Rainbow Warrior, excellent fully coloured masculine dog with ring presence, I would like a stronger foreface, excellent shoulders & front with level topline & correct tailset, I would like the hocks more defined, nice mover. CC & BOB; 2 O’Rourke’s Kebulak Rockin Robin, nice hard expression with an excellent front, coat a little too tight & a little straight behind, not enough extension in movement. PB (2) 1 Walters’ Kebulak Dominatrix, excellent eyes & ears giving nice sharp expression. I would like a little more substance. Excellent coat & colour for her age. A little loose in front when moving. JB (3) 1 Clarke-O’Neill’s Lemracdream Blue Ivy, too strong in the skull with ears not sharp enough. Excellent body with good angulation front & back, coat changing & a really nice mover; 2 Needham’s Kebulak Madame Scandal at Anfang, one ear flying spoiling expression otherwise good head proportion, too high in the shoulder restricting her front movement. PGB (3) 1 Davani’s Kebulak Bare All, correct traditional coat & colour of the highest order, delighted to see it. Excellent neck & topline, tail curled over too much, I would like more shape in the rear. Moved OK. CC; 2 Earle & Kelly’s Dollagh All That Jazz, ears too large & lowset softening the expression, good body shape with excellent ribcage, too straight behind & not enough extension in movement. LB (5) 1 Salmon’s Windygap Winter Moon, a little too strong in head. Good proportions in well made body. Too high stepping in front movement; 2 Forrest & Scott’s Lacarnaveen Orla, overall good body shape & outline, I would like darker pigment, a little high in shoulder. Excellent mover. Coat too dull & harsh. OB (3) 1 Forrest & Scott’s Lacarnaveen Mary Kate, light pigmentation, excellent topline & tailset, well made rear. I would like more substance. Moved well. RCC. SEAN DELMAR |
