I would like to thank the committee for asking me to judge
their championship show, and the exhibitors for their
entries. There was overall a lot of quality dogs to go over.
Veteran D/B (2)
1st Cooper. S. Multi Ch/Ch. Rollicks Fool for Fame. (Sh.Cm)(Swe.Imp).This
dog still has the style and shape even at
ten years old. Balanced head with dark eye and good ear carriage, straight
in front, level top line, correct coat, excellent
thigh and stifle. Moved well. Best Veteran in Show
2nd Carvey & Davani. P & C. Arkama Pinball Wizard at Philwyre.
Another dog looking full of life for his age. Nice head, dark eye and
bite. Well placed shoulders .coat in good condition
and level top line. Not quite the movement of one.
MPD (1)
1st Tracey & Rose. C. & R. Arkama Gung Ho. Seven months old, alert
and enjoying his day. Pleasing head. Correct
bite and dark eye. Nice size ears. Good spring of rib and soft silky coat.
Strong muscle development, moved well after
settling down. Best Puppy Dog and Res Best Puppy in Show.

1st Tracey & Rose. C. & R. Arkama Gung Ho.
2nd Marley. M. Lansmar Brian Boru. Another seven month old puppy. Nice
pleasing head, dark eye, and nice length
of neck. Level top line and good coat moved well, but lacked the body
of one.
3rd Easton & Mackay .R.&S Kebulak Heart Of Stone with Widdershins
JD (4:1a)
1st Anderson & Watt. D. & I. Edbrios Explorer. Balanced outline
with dark eye and well set ear. Straight in front and
well laid shoulders. Nice spring of rib Strong in thighs always alert
and moved with ease.
2nd Somers & Cooper E. & S Dogazzas Smoking Gun. Balanced in head
with nice expression excellent coat, good
spring of rib, muscular in body and thigh. Lost out due to being unsettled
on the move.
3rd Tracey & Rose. C. & R. Arkama Highlander
ND (1)
1st Tracey & Rose. C. & R. Arkama Highlander. Nice dark eye and
expression. Good tail set. Did not seem interested
the proceedings, unsettled when on the move.
PGD (1)
1st Corbin & O’Brien & J. Poulova Edbrios Silverado (RAF).
Well-presented dog. Balanced in head, excellent ear and
dark eye, balanced neck, well laid shoulders, level top line, good thigh
and hocks, always alert and showing. Was close
to getting in the cards.
LD (2)
1st Marley. M. Commanche Creek. I liked the alertness and attitude of
this dog always showing the disciplined Kerry
spirit. Nice compact outline. Balanced in head, correct bite and dark
eye, but spoilt by the ear carriage which did not
help the overall picture of the dog. Good front and neck with well-placed
shoulders. Coat soft, excellent muscle in body
and rear thigh. Moved with drive. Res Dog CC winner.
2nd Earle & Kelly. S. & E. Miculadh Glory at Dollagh. Nice size
dog, good eye and ear carriage, well laid shoulders
and strong rib cage, good coat .but lack alertness and movement today.
OD (4:1a)
1st Dalton & O’Brien & J. Poulova Ch. Dalstar IL Divo (Atc
Aq0902862).This was a strong class with three good dogs.
Stood like a rock always showing and alert. Punishing head with dark small
eye, correct ear carriage and scissor bite.
Excellent shoulder and front. Good coat, good depth of chest, excellent
tail set. Muscular throughout, good hocks which
showed with the drive and parallel movement. This dog has the attitude
of here I am pick me. Best Dog CC winner
and Res Best in Show.
2nd Somers. E. Dogazza’s Rhythm And Blues Nice outline and excellent
coat, balanced head. Nice size eye and ears
good shoulder placement and strong rib cage, soft coat and strong in rear
.Moved straight front and back, but would
have liked more alertness and expression from the dog.
3rd Clarke-O’Neill Am.Gr.Ch. Rough Diamond. Lemracdream (Raf) (Taf).
Good outline with punishing head, dark
eye, correct ear placement good front and shoulders, plenty of depth in
chest with well sprung ribs, level top line, good
tail set. Not the movement of the other two today.
MPB (1)
1st Munro & Munro. P & A Arkama Guilty Pleasure. Pretty six month
bitch. Balanced head with dark eye. Nice lay back
of shoulder, developing rib cage and soft silky coat. Moved well and enjoying
her day. Lost out for best puppy bitch due
to her immaturity. But quite promising.
PB (2)
1st Potts. A. Kebulak Queen of Hearts. Lovely bitch, stood to attention
at all times. Balanced throughout Excellent
expression with dark eye and alert ears, nice reach of neck and good spring
of rib and deep chest. Good coat moved
with drive. Best Puppy Bitch and Best Puppy in Show.
2nd McCann. J. & P Ballybaloe Mary Poppins. Nice balanced head with
nice sized eye. Would have liked more ear
expression. Nice coat moved well.
JB (2)
1st Hetherington. L. Irisblu Aiveen for Newent. Thirteen month old bitch
.Has the looks and shows well always alert
and on her toes, excellent front and head .good depth of chest and good
coat. Strong thigh muscles and low hocks
which showed when on the move.
2nd Somers. E. Dogazzas Silver Bullet. Another nice bitch balanced head
with nice size eyes and ears, good shoulder
placement and spring of rib and good top line, another good mover. But
longer in cast than one.

1st Smith. P. Irisblu Candy Stripes. Nice outline. Dark eye and well placed
ears. Straight front and good shoulder
placement. Good depth of chest and excellent coat. Level top line. Moved
straight front and back.
2nd Anderson & Watt. D. & I. Kebulak Playing With Fire. Another
nice bitch, dark eye and nice set ears, good in front
and good spring of rib, nice coat. Let down by poor rear movement.
3rd Ensell. P& R. Arkama Spungold by Nemiah
Res. Houghton & Stone. C. & C. Kebulak Full On Gorgeous
LB (5)
1st Walters C. Kebulak Dominatrix. The more I looked at this bitch the
more she took my eye. Good size. Balanced
throughout, always alert and showing her potential. Keen expression and
using her ears at all times, excellent coat of
good colour. Nice front and reach of neck not too exaggerated. Muscular
throughout with plenty of depth in the chest
she looks like a bitch who could do her job. Excellent movement going
forward and back. A hard decision between dog
and bitch for BIS. Best Bitch CC winner and Best in Show
2nd Anderson & Watt. D. & I. Kebulak Naked and Famous. She also
showed herself off .Always alert and balanced
head with dark eye and good ear placement, strong in neck and rib cage,
good coat and colour, strong rear thigh. Moved
well but not the drive of one. Res. Bitch CC.
3rd Martin P. Clanciarrai Blue Velvet
Res. McCann. J. & P. Irisblu Margarita
VHC. Earle & Kelly. S. & E. Dollagh All That Jazz
OB (2)
1st Rafter. S. Arkama My Way. Always liked this bitch but seemed uninterested
today. Balanced in head with good eye
and ears, with scissor bite. Nice front and neck, good body and coat,
and good thigh muscle, moved OK but lacked
drive.
2nd Ramsey. R. Torums Dallas Rose
Another nice size bitch who showed little showmanship. Nice head with
dark eye and nice ears, Good front and length
of neck, soft coat and nice ribcage. Let down by rear movement.
