KERRY BLUE MANCHESTER 16 Judge: Mrs Sonia Connell BEST OF BREED : 1633 RAMSAY Mr R Torum's Cairo Fred KERRY BLUE JUDGE MANCHESTER 16 Kerry Blue Terriers PD (2) 1 Forrest’s Lacarnaveen The One And Only, typical well balanced puppy who has a clean head with well set eyes & ears. Reachy neck into well laid back shoulders, level topline with a well set tail. Has ample bone & substance & presented in good order. Moved soundly both fore & aft. BP; 2 Ware’s Western Playboy, decent type but not settled today & not moving as well behind as 1. PGD (4,1a) 1 Ramsay’s Torums Cairo Fred, absolutely beautiful dog of the type I like. Long clean head which is flat with correct earset & well placed eyes giving a typical expression. Elegant neck into a textbook front assembly with well boned forelegs & good feet. Level topline with ribs nicely carried back to a short loin, well angulated quarters which are well developed in muscletone for his age. Presented in fantastic condition & moved so soundly with correct footfall both fore & aft. I had no hesitation in awarding him BD & BOB & pleased to see him shortlisted in the terrier group; 2 Carter’s Kebulak French Connection, decent type who has a lot to like but could not compete with the balance & rear movement of 1. OD (3) This was the best class consisting of three quality dogs. 1 Clarke-O’Neil’s Ch Lemracdream The Navigator, good length of head with well placed eyes & ears, reachy neck into nicely angulated shoulders, level topline & super quarters which are well angulated & conditioned in muscletone. Presented in great order & really drives when moving. RBD; 2 Ramsay’s Ch Saredon Rainbow Warrior, overall a nice type with lots to like but preferred the eye & rear movement of 1; 3 Young’s Ch Kebulak Lady Killer. PB (2) 1 Forrest’s Lacarnaveen My Little Rose, 6 month old baby attending her first show, typical size for age with a decent head & good make & shape, moved soundly both ways when settled; 2 Davani’s Kebulak Between The Sheets, lovely baby who appeared to be a nice type & could easily have won this class if she would have allowed me to examine her. Requires more confidence & ring training. PGB (4,1) 1 Ramsay’s Irisblu Shell Shocked, quality bitch who is up to size for me but she is typically constructed & balanced. Lovely clean head with well set eyes & ears, great neck into well laid back shoulders, level topline & nicely angulated quarters. Moved soundly both ways. BB; 2 Pinfold’s Atlanta Blue Cherie Etoile, decent bitch who has a lot to like about her but she is too small for me & lost to 1 on her rear movement. RBB; 3 Jones’ Arkama Harmony Miss D’Arcy.
