Thank you to the committee for inviting me to judge and for putting on a well organised show. All
the exhibits were of excellent temperament and showed well in a good-sized ring.
Open Dog (5 entries, 2 Abs)
1st Goodwin’s X-pected Dine Mites Doc Holiday at Holtaire (Imp Nor)
2-year-old medium sized dog that has matured well. Correct shape and angulations, built in balanced
proportions with good rise to loin and tuck up giving a very pleasing outline. Plenty of bone. Rich
mahogany colour and strong well-defined thumbprints. Coat of ideal texture and in excellent
condition. Wedge shaped head, dark oval eye with alert and kind expression and well set ears.
Moved soundly and confidently around the ring, holding topline and correct tail carriage. BD, RBOB
2nd Barlow’s Ch Talanors Time for Magic
A compact and muscular dog of typical type, well-constructed with good angulation all round and in
proportion. Neat ears with excellent carriage, head wedge shaped and masculine and a nice crest to
his neck. Strong loin with spring to ribs, super condition of coat and rich markings. Keen and alert,
purposeful and balanced on the move. RBD

5-year-old quality bitch of typical type, in proportion with correct angulation all round. A good crest
of neck leading to well-placed shoulders, deep chest and a slight rise of loin. Strong hind quarters, in
hard condition enabling her to move with drive and balance at all times, keeping level topline and
good tail carriage. Ideal texture of coat with clear thumbprints. Keen and sporty expression with
kind dark oval eyes, ears correctly positioned. A bitch that enjoys showing and gives an overall
picture of confident elegance. BB, BOB
2nd Forshaw’s Jandor Moonlight Melody
Compact and balanced 3-year-old bitch. Clean angulation, a good front, crest and rise of loin. Has a
wedge-shaped feminine head with dark eyes and an appealing expression. Well defined markings,
eyes dark and sparkling, great coat and body condition. Moved calmly in a balanced outline, super
alert and keen. RBB
