MANCHESTER JUDGE MANCHESTER 20

As always Manchester is buzzing with the hard working committee and exhibitors wanting to get out in the New Year. I particularly noticed, this year a strong contingent of puppies in many breeds, which must be good for our sport. I, particularly enjoyed my breeds with lots of quality through the entries. How interesting that when I looked at the breeding, my top winners and many class winners were by CH. Westbank Blue Diamond For Talanors, what a great sire he has proved to be.

PD (3)

Decent class of puppies.

1 Plant Plantocracy Bold Bruce. This 10mth with pleasing head tapering with filling under dark eye to correct muzzle housing well placed teeth. Used his ears to advantage. Has spring of rib and developed loin. Good tail set not too long. Clear tan and pencilling. He did his job well and was close up in the final.

2 Usher Digelsa Dark Sensation. Decent typical head and expression. Not as positive in front as winner. A touch full in ribs and depth for total balance, but this could even out with development. Great temperament and worked with handler really well.

3 Gray & Travis Clanmarshal Edwardian Echo.

JD (2)

1 Barlow Talanors Time For Magic.15 months with a big opinion of himself therefore has great carriage and presents a shapely, typical outline. He is fit with masculinity and dry in outline. Has a good future ahead of him.

2 Gray & Travis Clanmarshal Edwardian Echo.6 month and not together at present, to be expected and has lots of time to yet his head round it. He has many breed points and gained confidence, putting on a better performance, each time he went.

PGD (1)

1 Warner Talanors Time For Fun. Sibling to previously place dog and has more maturity and schooling, so put up a sound performance when he goes. He is masculine with clean lines. Typical head piece, just right for bone and body. Muscular behind and drives off well. Lovely gleaming coat.

OD (5)

1 Carter Ch Digelsa Declaration. Easy to find this classy dog. He fulfils the standard so very well and performs with maturity correct reach and drive, holding his beautiful shape. He is in immaculate condition and a true terrier in attitude. A pleasure to have the chance to judge him.

2 Walshaw Ch Talanors Diamonds N’ Dreams Avec Janmark JW Sh. This dog has a classic long head, flat skull ears set and used to enhance character. Small dark eye with that spark of a Terrier. Filled under eyes to tapeing muzzle housing correct dentition. Fully mature in body with correct topline coming from filled short loin. Has shapely underline. Sound coming and going and handled to advantage. RES CC.

3 Spain Ch Talanors Diamond Tornado.

PB (4)

Pleasing youngsters at different stages of development.

1 Heller & House Marlablue Mcqueen Of Floreydown. Totally feminine, but not weak in any department. Super head with small dark eye displaying a spark of excitement. Tapering foreface, good bite. Clean arched neck, clean through shoulders. Correct bone and leg for balance. She was at one with handler and has good deportment and footfall on the move. Clear tan with thumb mark. BPIB.

2 Gray & Travis Clanmarshal Fickle Flames. Not quite the skull of winnerat present. A good sort in many departments and should mature well as soundly made. Well presented in good order.

3 Oboyle Kenynten Upsy Daisy.

1 Davies & Brown Digelsa Dark Indulgence At Wystry. She has a lovely head and ear placement. Filled under the eye narrowing to a tapered foreface with tight lips covering a good jaw. Stands on good straight legs and ached feet. Developed ribs to muscular loin with correct undercarriage. Tail smoothly set and not too long. Gleaming coat and good pencilling. She is accurate on the move displaying her clean typical outline. Lovely sort. RES CC.
