MANCHESTER THREE COUNTIES 12 Judge: Mrs E P Hollings MANCHESTER JUDGE THREE COUNTIES 12 MANCHESTER TERRIER PD (2,1) 1 Saville's Calastoa's Man In The Mirror. 9 mth, alert, active, lithe youngster who was presented in first class order. Long dry head with dark bright eye. Good use of well placed ear. Balanced and firm in body, with well developed loin giving arch and flow to tail set. Clear tan and pencilling. Confident, free mover. Res BD & B.P. PGD (3,1) 1 Marshall's Janzins Man Of Mystery From Jepejo. Would not want him any bigger or stronger but a sound, honest dog with close firm coat. Stands on strong feet with arched toes. Decent front, strong clean neck, correct loin and tail set. Would like him to give more on the move and more drive from behind. Tan is clear and bright. 2 Hemsell's Tetani Wizard of Dreams JW. Just lacks a little in muzzle, but bright dark eye. Working with handler. He does not quite hold his shape as well as winner on the move. Coat a touch soft. OD (2,1) 1 Eva's Sophyla Sam Brown JW Sh.CM. This young man really stole the event today. An easy winner of best dog and best of breed. I thought him just right for size, so typical in outline with correct proportions and balance. Has a dry head, clean cheeks, good filling and strength in muzzle housing big white teeth. Ribs have spring and are short enough to allow for cut up. His coat is short, of correct texture with good pencilling and correct tan markings. Topped by hard fit muscle tone and supple, easy gait. I was pleased to have him. PB (2,1) 1 Morris' Calastoa's Lucky Star.I understand sibling to the puppy dog and as promising as he is . Loved her personality, sweetest head with a cheeky glint in her dark eye. Strength in foreface with good under jaw. So well balanced and typical in shape, with really good coat . Her brother just did his job with a touch more panache today but she is lovely. PGB (3) 1 Buxton's Talanors Magic Moment. Strong enough but sound and performs to advantage. Strength in head yet is not masculine. Has fabulous muscular definition and quality coat. 2 Hemsell's Tetani Spirit Of The Wind. Ultra feminine. Tidy, clean lines. Clear tan markings Just not the ear set of winner or pasterns. Could put a little more into rear action. 3 hemsell's Tetani Spirit Vision OB (3) 1 Hammett's Digelsa Double Take For Bryedal Sh.CM. Best bitch. 2-year quality bitch. Long narrow head with good ear placement and use giving alert expression from dark clear eyes. Stregth in jaw with super big white well placed teeth. So correct in front with strong feet. Ribs are sprung and short with correct tuck up. Very pleasing standing and going. 2 Smith's Calastoa's Lady Of Meltham At Simjest. Res best bitch. Has appeal. Can appear a touch flat footed but deceiving as has arched toes and good padding. Presented in really good order with good quarters that are muscular. Good markings. 3 Hemsell's Tetani Princess of Darkness Sh.CM. A credit to owner this 10 year old is in cracking condition for her age. Patsy Hollings |
