Royal Highland Showground, Ingliston, Edinburgh Judge Mrs C Ramsay DCC NEDAVIR NOTORIOUS (MR & MISS NETHERWOOD & MAIN)
JD (3) 1 Scott & Forrest’s Cranmoss Andromeda, 6 months, very promising, lovely head & expression, neat ears, dark eye, correct bite & good pigmentation, short coupled with balanced outline maintained on the move, pleasing neckline, good quarters & tailset, well presented, one to watch; 2 Monaghan’s Glendonly Ballyseamus Boy, 9 months & up to size, colour coming through nicely, good reach of neck. A little loose on the move; 3 Hillen’s Cranmoss Amadaous. PGD (2) A. LD (1) 1 Netherwood & Main’s Nedavir Notorious, super young dog, excellent head & lovely expression, correct bite & pigmentation, great neckline into good layback of shoulder, tail on top, good quarters with plenty behind the tail, great attitude, soft, silky & wavy coat with colour coming, holds his outline on the move. I have admired him from a pup & has matured into a smashing dog. CC. OD (7,2) 1 Neill & Davies’ Perrisblu Streetwise for Kensbridge, pleasing dog from this very consistent kennel, great colour, neat ears, correct bite, good neck & outline, tail on top, beautifully presented, worthy of his title. RCC; 2 Clarke-O’Neill’s Lemracdream Banaek, very pleasing, great neckline into good shoulders, strong head, plenty of colour showing, super backend with excellent tail carriage & plenty behind the tail, very good outline; 3 Baine’s Stormblu Aristocrat. JB (6,2) 1 Davies’ Perrisblu Kennislanes Chelsey, 8 months, very feminine, good expression, lovely coat texture, good outline, pressed hard by the male for BP; 2 Daly’s Fergies Ball, 7 months, lovely soft silky coat with colour coming, liked her neckline, moved well, good bend of stifle; 3 Neen’s Newent Serenity. PGB (5,1) 1 Three all from the same litter & 1 & 2 could change places on another day. 1 Scott’s Cranmoss Jinty, well presented, good head & expression with correct ears, decent neck & shoulders with good rearend & tailset, correct coat & colour coming through, moved true holding outline; 2 Wilkinson’s Cranmoss Bronty, similar remarks apply, has a slightly better head than her sister but I preferred the overall balance of 1, moves true but with slightly less enthusiasm than 1, although this was at the end of a very long day being fourth breed in the ring; 3 Peacock’s Cranmoss Millie. LB (3) 1 Clarke-O’Neill’s Lemracdream Memphis Belle, strong bitch, up to size but with a very good outline, lovely reach of neck, excellent quarters & tailset. Looks dark but her colour is coming through. Good head, strong jaw with correct bite & good pigmentation, one of the few who really covers ground on the move. RCC; 2 Dale & Cooper’s Kamaghan Ona Mission for Lynnsto, smaller type of bitch, very good coat & colour, neat ears, good neck. Would prefer a head with more length & strength & a bit more all over, moved true; 3 Earle & Kelly’s Dollagh Bright Spark. OB (4,2) 1 Quigg’s Sharp N Shocking for Irisblu, beautiful bitch, very pleasing head & good ears which she used all the time, good eye & expression, lovely neck & shoulder, good topline, excellent quarters & tailset, plenty behind the tail, very well balanced outline, super attitude, great coat & colour of super silky texture, superb presentation. CC, BOB & G2; 2 Whitehead & Davani’s Stanstead Mai Tai, feminine bitch, colour coming well, soft coat, well presented, movement good, pleasing head & ears. Preferred neck, shoulders & rear of 1. Good tail carriage, lots to like. CAROL RAMSAY
